Before I see any other answers, I write my response to the question first. That way I do not become influenced by others opinions or statements, and quite frankly, I don't get the chance to see many of them anyway, as they are handled by staff.

Then, we post a group of comments from viewers emails all around the world, just to give a variety of viewpoints.

Plus, I gather the data, and write conclusions about it.
